Altenew July Release Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the Altenew July Release Blog Hop! If you came here from Amy Gray's blog, then you are on the right track. If not, head back over to the Altenew blog to begin the hop.

There are 16 new fabulous stamp sets, paper and washi tape being released today and they are now available for purchase at the Altenew online store.

To celebrate this release, Altenew will draw three lucky winners who will each receive a $50 gift certificate to their online store. Now onto my card. For today's hop I decided to play with a new stamp set called: Remember This. It’s another gorgeous floral set to add to the collection and I’ve been itching to ink it up since I got it!

I used some of the outline images to create a simple floral frame in the centre of my card. Then I used solid stamps to add some colour using two and three step images. I used here the Altenew Crisp Dye Inks: Jet Black, Evergreen, Forest Glades, Cotton Candy, Coral Berry and Warm Sunshine. I also used Copic markers to colour the small flower stamp.

To finish my card, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder on a circle piece of black cardstock.
