For today’s blog hop I’ve created three CAS cards using some beautiful stamp sets from the new release. For my first card, I used Sweetest Peas Stamp Set, which features several sweet pea flowers drawn in a beautiful dip pen and ink style.
I stamped the “Thank You” sentiment and my flowers in black and used Altenew Artist Markers to colour them in. To finish it off I added some green splashes.
To create my second card I used another beautiful set called Ditsy Print. This set features a ditsy print floral bouquet outline with layers and I used them to create a floral frame for the bold sentiment.
I went for a pink and green colour combo and I love how quick and easy this card came together.
On my last card, I again used the Ditsy Print set. I wanted to mimic a floral fabric print that you'd find in cottage-style homes. I stamped the outline images to create a background and used Altenew Artist Markers to colour them in.
To finish it off, I used Mega Alphabet Die and stamped my sentiment on it.

ReplyDeleteI love the Home Sweet Home card. You spent a lot of time on that background! It really gave me inspiration. I was thinking that something like this would be a perfect thank you card for my nephew and his future wife after their wedding. Use their last name initial! We could color once and then scan and print for multiple copies then add the pop-up letter. Thank you, Thank you for the inspiration :)

Thanks for sharing! I love making CAS cards, but mine always seem unfinished, so I appreciate seeing how other people do it. It's really helpful.
