For today’s blog hop I created a simple card using the newly released Garden Harmony 3D embossing folder

hello

I started by creating a watercoloured background using Watercolor Brush Markers - Spring Garden Set. Then I used the embossing folder and ran it through the die cutting machine as usual.

hello

I added some ink splatters for more interest and the Hello sentiment created with Fine Alphabet Die Set

That’s it for me, your next stop on the hop is Keren Baker.

Here is the full line up for the blog hop today.

  27. I absolutely love the effect of the subtle watercolors. At first glance, I thought you added ink inside the embossing folder. Interesting to know know you created a watercolor background first & then used the embossing folder. I can't wait to try this technique on my own.
