Altenew April 2018 Stamp/Die Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello, everyone and welcome to the Altenew April Release Blog Hop! If you came here from Jenn's blog, then you are on the right track. Otherwise, go back to the Altenew Card Blog and start from there, as you won't want to miss anything!

There are lots of new products being released today! Some fabulous stamps and dies are now available for purchase at the Altenew online store.

To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 6 lucky winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or Altenew Scrapbook Blog by Saturday, April 21st for a chance to win. 6 winners will be announced on the Altenew blogs on 4/22/2018.

In addition, one winner will be chosen from the comments left on this blog post and will receive a $30 gift certificate!

For today’s blog hop I’ve created two CAS, one-layered cards using the new release. For my first card, I used Mega Greetings Stamp Set, which I think will be my new favourite set! I simply love this fun and trendy set that contains two large words, "thanks" and "hello," accompanied by additional phrases to help you convey the perfect message on your card.

hello

I stamped the hello word in black and added few stamps from the Wildflower Garden Stamp Set. To finish my card off I added some black splashes.

hello

To create my second card I used another great set called Watercolor Dots. This set will make it a breeze to create the look of watercolour dots on any project!

hello

I inked my stamp with a few different inks (Buttercream, Mango Smoothie, Honey Drizzle and Frayed Leaf) to create my background. Then I stamped a sentiment, added a few doodled images over some of the dots and few splashes of green ink green paint. Love this fun, modern and watercolour look!

hello

That’s it for me, your next stop on the hop is amazing Lydia Evans and I can't wait to see what she came up with today!

Here is the full line up for the blog hop today.

Thanks for stopping by today and enjoy the rest of the hop!
Aga

  130. I wanted to draft you that little bit of observation to give thanks once again with your unique advice you've featured in this article. It is simply incredibly open-handed with you giving freely what exactly a few people would've distributed for an e-book to get some dough for themselves, mostly considering that you could possibly have tried it if you ever wanted. Those tips also served to become good way to recognize that the rest have a similar fervor just like my personal own to learn a lot more with respect to this problem. Certainly there are some more pleasant instances in the future for individuals who scan your website. gifts for her
