Hello everyone and welcome to the Altenew Exotic Garden Collection Release Blog Hop! If you came here from Erin Thompson's blog, then you are on the right track. Otherwise, go back Altenew Card Blog and start from there, as you won't want to miss anything!

To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $25 gift certificate to 8 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 05/10/2021 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 10 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 05/12/2021.

For today’s blog hop I created two simple cards using the newly released stamps, dies and embossing folders. For my first card I used Banana Leaves 3D Embossing Folder to create a lovely textured background.

I stamped my butterfly from Dovetail Butterflies Stamp Set with Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink, used watercolours to colour it in and cut it out using a coordinating die. To finish the card I added sentiment from Thinking of You Stamp Set

For my next card I used Monstera Leaves 3D Embossing Folder and I inked it with green inks to create a letterpress look.

To finish it, I added some black ink splatters and a sentiment from Circled Sentiments Stamp Set
