For today’s blog hop I created two simple cards using the newly released stamps, dies and embossing folders. For my first card I used Banana Leaves 3D Embossing Folder to create a lovely textured background.
I stamped my butterfly from Dovetail Butterflies Stamp Set with Permanent Black Crisp Dye Ink, used watercolours to colour it in and cut it out using a coordinating die. To finish the card I added sentiment from Thinking of You Stamp Set.
For my next card I used Monstera Leaves 3D Embossing Folder and I inked it with green inks to create a letterpress look.
To finish it, I added some black ink splatters and a sentiment from Circled Sentiments Stamp Set.
That’s it for me, your next stop on the hop is Helen Kalb.
Here is the full line up for the blog hop today.
