Exciting news!

My last week was crazy busy and I didn't have a chance to share some exciting news! I'm thrilled to be joining the Studio Calico Creative Team! I have to admit I am still on cloud 9! It's a real honour to be a part of such a creative team of designers!

And here’s what I came up with:

I used here THIS Snowflake Circle stamp from Hero Arts. I stamped it and embossed with white ep and watercolored the whole thing with yellow and green. The snowflake die comes from Simon Says Stamp.

Runway Inspired Challenge #49

This week we all used some delicious stamps from our sponsor, Neat & Tangled. I created my gift wrap paper using a white print paper and a Celebrate sentiment stamp from "Just for you" set. I also used a leaf shape that I cut out from white card stock and watercoloured.

Happy Birthday

Hello everyone! Just quickly popping in to share a card I created using Cube It stamp set by Jane’s Doodles:

The background was embossed in white and watercoloured with shades of green. Then I added the mini label die from Tim Holtz, a thread for extra accent and some rhinestones to finish it off.

As soon as I saw the inspiration piece I was drawn to the whimsical floral pattern and the interesting colour combo.  And here’s what I came up with:

It’s one layer card with some masking and water colouring.  The stamps I used here are from Autumn Blessings set by Jane’s Doodles (I used the pumpkin stamps upside down to create my flowers).

Moxie Fab Thanks Blog Hop

Most of us know by now that Cath is leaving PaperCrafts and Moxie Fab World! I was so sorry when I read the news the other day. Cath, I’ll miss seeing your Moxie Fab posts, your personality and sense of humour! I’m sure many others cardmakers can say the same, but you made paper crafts fun, your fab challenges many times inspired me to go outside the box and really get creative! I love the Moxie Fab World blog! For me it was always the best place to go for inspiration and isn't going to be the same without you!
