Hi everyone! It's reveal time at Studio Calico! All new kits and add-ons were already available during an exclusive pre-sale for subscribers only and they are now available to everyone for purchase in the Studio Calico store! Be aware that they often sell out quickly, so get yours today to avoid disappointment!
Every month kits are packed with a tone of stunning products along with lots of great add-on's and this month's kit is no exception! Today, I’m sharing a few cards I made using the Penny Arcade main card kit and add-ons.
For my first card I used a gorgeous patterned paper that comes in the main kit, a Single Banner Craft Die and a Wood Veneer Star Sequins:
I love this oh so cute hedgehog from the stamp set by LifeLovePaper. I simply watercoloured it with "clean slate":
For the next card I used amazing floral stamp set by 1canoe2 (another great design!) from the Pinball add-on kit. I used here two shades of blue to watercolour it, "something blue" and "deja blue":
To create my last card I used a patterned paper from the Pinball add-on kit along with a birthday craft die and the Wood Veneer Star Sequins:
I hope you feel inspired to check out these new products! You can also pop over to the Studio Calico gallery for more inspiration and ideas from the Creative Team!

Runway Inspired Challenge #62
Hello everyone! First of all I would like to apologise to all those who are waiting for a reply from me, I am still trying to catch up on everything that went on whilst I was away on holiday!
Now it's time for the next Runway Inspired Challenge! Here's this week's look to inspire you:
And here’s what I came up with:
I went with a very CAS design. I simply cut out (with a craft knife) the floral swirl out of dark blue cardstock.
I hope you're inspired to play along with us! Make sure to visit the Runway Inspired Challenge blog for all the details on how to enter and what you can win!
If you're looking for more inspiration then please check out what the rest of the team came up with for this challenge:

Studio Calico June Reveal
Hi everyone! It's reveal time at Studio Calico! All new kits and add-ons were already available during an exclusive pre-sale for subscribers only and they are now available to everyone for purchase in the Studio Calico store! Be aware that they often sell out quickly, so get yours today to avoid disappointment!
This month's kits are packed with a tone of awesome products! I'm not sure if I could pick one favourite from them all! Today, I’m sharing a few cards I made using the Hello, Hello main card kit and add-ons.
My first card is created with a stamp set from the main kit. I used here a two-tone stamping technique:
For the next two cards I used a watercolour technique with ink pads plus a little bit stamping in black:
I also added some soft texture to my card using die-cut felt shapes:
For my next card I used some small scraps of patterned paper and stamp from the CIAO add on. Oh how I love coordinating dies that can be used together with this stamp set!
To create my last card I used stamps from the CIAO add-on kit. These cute animals are just perfect for baby themed cards! I simply stamped them with different shades of green and blue:
I hope you feel inspired to check out these new products! You can also pop over to the Studio Calico gallery for more inspiration and ideas from the Creative Team!

Runway Inspired Challenge #60
Hi everyone! It’s time for the new Runway Inspired Challenge! Here's this week's look to inspire you:
And here’s what I came up with:
I wanted my background to mimic the pattern of the skirt so I crated a handmade background stamp. I simply wrapped an acrylic block with a thread, applied ink and stamped. Then I added some stripe of watercoloured cardstock, a ‘happy’ die cut and a dymo tape.
I hope you're inspired to play along with us! Make sure to visit the Runway Inspired Challenge blog for all the details on how to enter and what you can win!
