Studio Calico December Reveal

Hi everyone! Yesterday, Studio Calico revealed their December kits. They all were already available during an exclusive pre-sale for subscribers only and they are now available to everyone for purchase in the Studio Calico store! Be aware that they often sell out quickly, so get yours today to avoid disappointment!

Today, I’m sharing a few cards I made using the Park Ave. main card kit and stamp add-ons.

For my first card I used a stamp set that comes with the kit. I stamped the skyline in blue and grey shades. To add more interest to my card I did draw the outlines around the images and some birds:

the best is yet to come

Using a sun stamp from the stamp set that comes with the main kit, I created this clean and simple hello card. I simply inked up the back of the stamp and stamped the solid circles. I used green alpha stickers for the sentiment:

For my next card, I used the Terrarium set by Life.Love.Paper which is one of this month's add-on stamp sets:

good thoughts

My last card is definitely inspired by the recent class by Ashley Goldberg. I used inks to watercolour my background, added gold glitter and a stamp from the Terrarium set. To create my sentiment I used green alpha stickers that I coloured with black pen:

I had so much fun playing with this month's kit and I hope you feel inspired to check out these new products! You can also pop over to the Studio Calico gallery for more inspiration and ideas from the Creative Team!

Thanks for stopping by today!

  1. Gorgeous cards! I love your added doodles to the first card and that terrarium stamp is looking very tempting!

  2. Beautiful, well worth the wait :-)

  3. Gorgeous. As ever. I just recently purchased some aha arts stamps and discovered that Ashley G. is the creative soul behind them. Love her style. And yours!

  4. Love, love, love this card. Would you please tell me how you applied the glitter and what tool or stamp you used to make it look random like it does?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment! I really appreciate it and I hope you visit again!
