Hello, and a Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you had a nice Christmas time and a good start to the New Year. Today is Altenew January 2024 Release Blog Hop day! If you came here from Altenew Blog then you are on the right track. Otherwise, go back and start from there, as you won't want to miss anything!
To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $100 gift certificate to 1 lucky winner and a $50 gift certificate to 4 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 01/17/2024 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 5 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 01/19/2024.
*The winner of the $100 gift certificate will be chosen from comments left on the Altenew blog.
For today’s blog hop I created two simple projects using the newly released products. For my first card I used Stencil Art: Playful Watercolor Flowers Layering Stencil Set (6 in 1). Stencil Art takes your stenciling to the next level! Featuring six layering stencils, the Stencil Art Bi-Monthly Subscription will allow you to effortlessly create a large and intricate design on your handmade projects. Simply add ink and blending brushes, and you'll be ready to start creating!
This set is another beautiful addition to the Altenew collection! I love that I can create a beautiful floral arrangement in no time! Using Mini Blending Brushes, I simply blended over Baby Pink, Fuchsia, Magenta, Butternut, Pumpkin Pie, Cloudy Sky, Nimbus, Shadow Creek and Mountain Pine Crisp Dye Inks. To finish my card I added a sentiment from Elegant Sayings Stamp Set.
For my second project I played with Color-by-Number: Instant Artist - Blossoming Florals (12 Sheets) and Acrylic Marker 24 Color Set - Vol. 1, it’s also available as a bundle. Each page features a different floral image, with both black lines and grayed-out lines for each design. You will find colour instructions that come on each sheet and perfectly coordinate with the colours in numbered Acrylic Marker 24 Color Set - Vol. 1., but you can experiment with your own colour combinations too! It’s such a relaxing activity for both kids and adults! I can’t wait to finish them all!
That’s it for me and your next stop is Svitlana Shayevich.
You can find the full line up below.
