Have you heard about this class yet? I am very excited and honoured to be a special guest teacher for an upcoming online class: Clean & Simple Card Making!

I know, right?  I am shocked too! I mean me teaching others? Alongside Kristina Werner, Jennifer McGuire and other super talented guest designers?! I had to read the email from Jennifer a few times, to be sure she sent the invite to the right person! Lol!

Here’s a description:

In this online class we aim to take the mystery out of creating a minimalist card that looks “complete,” and wow you with numerous tips and techniques for clean and simple cards! This upbeat and inspirational class will include nine fabulous guest artists, discounts to our favorite retailers, giveaways and a few surprises along the way! Clean & Simple Card Making will feature over 25 new card ideas and over 15 instructional videos. What better way to start the New Year than with a wealth of new ideas to add to your card making arsenal and simplify your creations!

Popcorn garland

Hi there! Have you ever made homemade popcorn garland? I remember making them when I was a kid and I might try make one this year again! I especially love these made with cranberries interspersed. And how about a popcorn garland card?

I created this with a little popcorn stamp from Watchin' T.V. set by Sweet Stamp shop.  The cranberries are made with hole punch and covered with glossy accents.

St. Nicholas Day

Hello again! I’m back to share my card for Sweet Stamp Shop blog.

In many European countries, December 6 is a day to celebrate one of our most beloved saints Nicholas of Myra, the origin of Santa Claus. As a kid, I always looked forward to celebrating St. Nicholas's Day. The night before we set out freshly polished shoes hoping they would be filled with lots of goodies. We still celebrate this tradition by giving small gifts hidden in shoes and in honour of this lovely day, I thought I’d make a card with a little Santa. This cute gnome stamp was just perfect to use here:
